These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FinCalcPro browser extension ("Extension") developed and operated by 3rd Ventures LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing or using FinCalcPro, you agree to these Terms.
FinCalcPro is a browser-based financial calculator extension that provides Time Value of Money calculations, amortization schedules, cash flow analysis, and other financial computation tools. The Extension is available as a free version with basic features and a premium version with additional professional features.
FinCalcPro offers a free tier that includes basic TVM calculations, scientific functions, arithmetic, calculation history, and limited memory registers. Premium features, including cash flow analysis, worksheets, and advanced settings, are available through a one-time purchase.
Premium features are unlocked through a one-time payment processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of transaction. Prices are subject to change, but any price change will not affect existing purchases. Your one-time purchase grants you a perpetual license to use the premium features.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FinCalcPro Premium features. This license is tied to the email address used during purchase and may be activated on multiple devices and browsers for your personal or professional use. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license to others.

FinCalcPro is designed to provide accurate financial calculations consistent with industry-standard methods. However, we do not guarantee that calculations are error-free. FinCalcPro is a computational tool and should not be used as the sole basis for financial, investment, or lending decisions. Always verify important calculations independently and consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.
FinCalcPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3rd Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Extension.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to premium features if you violate these Terms. Upon termination for cause, your license to use premium features is revoked without refund.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FinCalcPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Extension or via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
